REAL TALK: EP1
Podcast on ADULTHOOD by Snesie Mpange, Maria Kayode, Janet Osobe and Ifeoluwa Adesemowo (MEE!!!) lol,
Students from DKIT share their views on Adulthood.
We are all transitioning from college and are about to enter the real world.
So we share our views on what we think being an adult is all about, careers, jobs, relationships and taking care of our finances.
Relationships in college:
My View: I have learned, college is fun and everyone wants to enter into a relationship but don't lose yourself in the process. Remember why you are in college and stay focused even if you do find yourself in one.
Janet's View : Both parties should be in each others lives but realize that money comes first. People may grow apart in college, he/she might graduate and leave you behind so your main priority should be you.
Maria's View: Relationships are good but just as long as you are pushing each other.
Managing our finances:
My View: CLUELESS & I have a job and the grant. Someone teach me. Tell me how you do it! I
Janet's View: In college we have so many things we need to pay for, the printing money and so on but hopefully when we get older, we will be married and have someone to help us pay the mortgage lol.
Maria's View: As students we are more impulsive but we will be able to manage our finances when we reach adulthood.
****Excusee my voice, I got a bit excited there and Janet kept making me laugh loool!
But I enjoyed myself so hope you enjoy this podcast too.***
