There have been so many struggles that I have faced but without these struggles I would not have learned and become who I am today.
The struggle of deciding what I want to do in college.
The struggle of college itself.
The struggle of peer pressure.
The struggle of waking up each morning for 9am lectures.
The struggle of no sleep when exam season came.
The struggle of not having a job.
The struggle of not knowing who I am.
My struggle with faith.
The list is endless when it comes to personal struggle..
What you need to remember?
Struggles pave the way for success. Struggles forces you move when you would rather stay still. You must first experience a struggle in order for you to achieve things which are worthwhile. Wherever you see a successful person you will see someone who has had to go through a struggle and overcame it.
Life is a struggle and the rewards you get from it is from meeting your difficulties head on, face to face, overcoming them and moving onto your next struggle along your path to success. So feel the fear and do it anyway. The struggles we all go through are the building blocks that will lead to the successful people we are becoming.
If you are a Christian, you need to remember that being a Christian doesn't mean that you won't go through hard trials. Things will always happen in our lives that we ourselves cannot control or comprehend. God never promised that life would be easy for us, but rather he promised us that when we struggle, he is still God. And no matter what we face, he will still be there. So give thanks through your struggles for God is working. He never leave us.
Just think, if success was so easy to get, everyone would be successful.
Verses on Struggle
2 Corinthians 12:9-10
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
2 Corinthians 4:8-9
We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed
James 1:12
Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him.
